Quality begins: - with the selection of the ‚raw products’ For this reason we place immense importance on their freshness and their natural as well as regional origin. We trust in suppliers from Mühlviertel who have a long, proven record of excellent quality. The Waldschenke is bio-certified, confirming its commitment to organic produce. All side dishes and extras are homemade, including our own black pudding and liver sausage, but also desserts, cakes and breakfast preserves. Fruit and vegetables taste best when they are in season. That is also how we use them and bring natural variety into our meals. - with salt Salt is not just salt. A very important point to consider when speaking about healthy and high quality nutrition. We use pure natural salt extracted from a depth of 800 metres, which we also offer for sale. Bacon and spiced roast pork are hand prepared by ourselves, without preserving salt, just by using natural salt. -with spring water High quality, pure clear spring water from the depths of Sternstein. |
